All furniture pieces commissioned from Thythronsnyx are custom-made to order. Each piece is unique and created according to the specifications agreed upon between you and us during the commission process.
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel a bespoke furniture commission within 14 days of placing the order, provided that production has not yet begun. Once production has commenced, the right to cancel may be limited as the goods are made to your specifications.

If you cancel a commission before production begins, we will refund any payments made, minus any costs already incurred for design work or material procurement.
If production has already begun, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and materials used, as detailed in the commission agreement.
If a completed piece does not meet the agreed specifications or has manufacturing defects, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Due to the custom-made nature of our furniture, returns are generally not accepted once a piece has been delivered and accepted, unless there is a fault or the piece does not meet the agreed specifications.
